Quick fixes

My TV isn't showing up

Check that your phone and TV are on the same Wi-Fi network — not the guest network, and not a different Wi-Fi than the one your TV is using. Turn the TV off and back on. Re-open TVGO so it looks again.

Connecting failed

The code on your TV only works for about a minute. Get a fresh one from your TV and try again. If it still doesn't work, restart both your phone and TV, then try once more.

Buttons lag or don't respond

Usually a busy or weak Wi-Fi connection. Move closer to your router, or restart it. TVGO is near-instant on a healthy Wi-Fi connection.

Voice search isn't working

TVGO needs permission to use your microphone — check your phone's settings. On iPhone, also make sure Speech Recognition is turned on.

I want to cancel my subscription

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. On iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → Subscriptions.
