Terms of Service

By downloading or using TVGO you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app — it's that simple.

TVGO is a mobile app that lets your phone control compatible Smart TVs on the same Wi-Fi network. We provide the app as-is, with no warranty that it will work with every TV model in existence.

• You are responsible for the phone and the network you use TVGO on.
• Connecting a TV requires being in front of it so you can read the code on screen. Don't connect TVs you don't have permission to control.
• The free plan allows one connected TV. TVGO Pro lifts that cap and adds extra features.

TVGO Pro is billed through the App Store or Google Play. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your store account. Refunds follow each store's policy — we don't process payments directly.

Don't copy or take the app apart, resell it, or use it to do anything illegal. Don't use it to harass, pester, or prank someone by messing with their TV without consent.

TVGO, the name, the logo, and the code are owned by Carpe Diem Creations. Trademarked brand names of supported TVs and streaming services belong to their respective owners.

We provide TVGO "as-is". We are not liable for any indirect damages, lost programs, missed episodes, or popcorn left in the microwave too long.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be surfaced in the app. Continued use after an update means acceptance.
